Events in the community of Hajdina
There is always something interesting happening in the municipality of Hajdina, and some events have become traditional, attracting more visitors every year.

February and March are marked by carnival celebrations. Koranti from Hajdina and Draženci and ploughmen from Gerečja vas and Skorba liven up the atmosphere in restaurants and at various gatherings in all seven villages, and they also gather in the central municipal square.

After Ash Wednesday, thoughts turn to spring chores, including pruning the Old Vine, and preparations for the pre-Easter period, with numerous celebrations of Women's Day and Mother's Day in between. During Easter, members of the tourist association, with the help of mountaineers, organize a workshop for making Easter bouquets, which can be purchased at stands in front of churches. The association also collaborates with primary schools to prepare a unique and interesting exhibition in the parish church, and every odd-numbered year, members of women's associations present their culinary delicacies and handmade crafts in the hall of the Hajdina Pensioners' Association.
